Cashmere at its highest level is shaped by time and experience. From fiber selection to weave, weight, and finish, every stage requires precision and patience. The difference is felt in how the fabric drapes, how it wears against the skin, and how it improves with use.
Bãla is produced in Nepal, working closely with highly trained craftspeople whose expertise meets international standards of quality and consistency. Our role is to curate and refine this work, presenting it in a contemporary form while maintaining integrity at every step of the process.
Bãla, defined
बाँला क्रिएशन्स takes its name from a word that signifies something done well—properly, with care, and with intention. It is not about perfection or exaggeration, but about something executed the right way.
Nepal is home to extraordinary cashmere craftsmanship, yet much of this work has historically remained unseen, produced for others rather than represented on its own terms. Bãla was created to shift that dynamic — to build a brand that originates in Nepal as a source of expertise, not anonymity.
By operating at the intersection of local making and global standards, Bãla brings visibility to craftsmanship that already exists, shaping it through considered design and consistent benchmarks. The aim is not to reinterpret tradition, but to present it clearly and confidently for a global audience.

The Founding Idea
Bãla Creations was founded by Parishma Shrestha, whose desire to create and curate has shaped the brand’s direction and values.
Having lived between two worlds, Parishma developed an understanding of both the depth of traditional craftsmanship and the expectations of an international market. This perspective informs how Bãla operates—bridging makers and markets, process and presentation, origin and outcome.
Bãla grew from the belief that exceptional work deserves clarity, structure, and thoughtful representation. As Founder and Chairperson, Parishma brings these elements together, guiding the brand with a focus on relevance, integrity, and longevity.
